CEO & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Irena Pereira has been making games for over 24 years on both PC and Mobile. She has made a name for herself in the world of game development by helping guide teams to focusing deeply on the player experience with both user testing and player-focused design methodologies. With a background in photography, anthropology, and religion, Irena brings a fresh perspective and a unique skillset to games. She started her career as a web developer and grew into a user interface engineer on World of Warcraft. Her ability to blend design, art, and engineering has enabled her to create stunning visuals and resonant game interfaces that keep players deeply engaged in the titles she contributes to.
Lead Producer
Jennifer Williamson is a senior game development leader with a lifelong love of stories, systems, and making cool things with smart people. A former graphic artist, illustrator, and long-time creator, her career spans two decades working at both indie studios and AAA studios like EA. she brings a storyteller’s instinct and a producer’s precision to projects—keeping jobs moving and creativity thriving. When she’s not wrangling games, she’s writing epic fantasy & science fiction novels as Jenn Lyons, published by Tor.
Game Designer & Creative Developer
Frank Holstein’s career in game development began the way all great stories do: with curiosity and a 33 MHz Pentium. After teaching himself BASIC at age nine to build a Power Rangers quiz game, he kept building. Years later, he self-published his first iOS title, Blockie Horror, before earning a degree in game design to sharpen his skills. His time at Electronic Arts on the Madden franchise gave him firsthand experience with AAA pipelines, large teams, and what it takes to ship at scale. Now at Unleashed Games, Frank brings that blend of indie scrappiness and big-studio perspective to every project. He believes games can do more than entertain—they can heal.
Head of Quality
A seasoned leader in QA, Ollie champions quality throughout the projects and teams he works on. Having worked in both the gaming and tech industries over the last 15 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Having spent the last 5 years working on RuneScape3 at Jagex, Ollie has gone on to form his own company, pursuing independent projects, and creating a culture of growth, enthusiasm, and transparency; something he now brings to the leadership team at Unleashed. Ollie has a background in natural history and animal behavior, with a keen interest in paleontology and the natural world.
